Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the Menu360 platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these operational rules, service guidelines, and billing rules.
Welcome to Menu360(“Ecosystem”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“merchant”, “you”) and Menu360, concerning your access to and use of our smart hospitality platform—including our QR Digital Menus, cloud kitchen modules, POS billing systems, guest databases, WhatsApp integration, and business analytics.
Please read these terms carefully. By registering for, accessing, or utilizing any part of the Menu360 ecosystem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
1Account Registration & Credentials
To activate your business merchant portal, you must provide complete and accurate business details. You are fully responsible for the security of your credentials and all activities occurring under your administrative account.
A. Verification & Licenses
Merchants must supply valid commercial registration licenses, food business permissions, and tax identification numbers (GST/VAT) during onboarding to ensure operational compliance.
B. Staff Role Delegation
You are responsible for custom role assignments (managers, cashiers, kitchen operators, waiters). Menu360 is not liable for unauthorized dashboard adjustments or transaction deletions made by your staff.
C. Security Responsibility
Administrator passwords should not be shared. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any breach of your POS or management dashboard credentials.
2Smart QR Ordering & System Usage
Our QR ordering ecosystem enables direct table and room service requests. As a partner merchant, you agree to:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate menu item availability, pricing details, and tax parameters on the POS.
- Honour orders placed by customers through active table QR codes in accordance with displayed prices.
- Refrain from hosting prohibited or illegal substances on your digital catalogs.
- Provide proper food quality and logistics services for orders channeled through the Kitchen Display System (KDS).
- Abide by the guidelines for automated WhatsApp triggers; sending unsolicited spam to guest contact databases is strictly prohibited.
3Subscription, Payments & Payouts
Usage of Menu360 is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) along with applicable payment gateway transaction commission schedules.
- Subscription Fees: Subscription charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to renew within grace periods may suspend dashboard access.
- Integrated UPI & Card Settlements: Customer payments collected via online table checkout are routed to payment aggregators. Payouts are settled to your bank accounts on a standard T+1 settlement timeline.
- Chargebacks & Discrepancies: The merchant remains fully responsible for guest transaction refunds, chargeback requests, or bill settlements and matches.
4Service Uptime & Data Integrity
We employ resilient cloud server clusters to maintain high availability for your hospitality operations:
99.9% Target Uptime
We strive to ensure your QR menus, KDS, and administrative control panels are online round the clock, except during announced maintenance intervals.
Offline Mode Buffer
Merchants are responsible for steady Wi-Fi/LTE connections. While the POS holds basic buffers, live sync requires internet connectivity.
We execute automated daily encrypted backups of your catalog and sales records. While we practice strict security protocols, Menu360 is not liable for data loss arising from merchant-side device compromises, thermal printer communication errors, or network outages.
5Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All software modules, algorithms, interface layouts, vector animations, code packages, and proprietary technologies within the Menu360 platform remain exclusive intellectual property of Menu360.
You are explicitly restricted from:
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or scraping the Menu360 system codebase or KDS UI.
- Removing, altering, or hiding any brand attribution tags or watermarks from guest QR ordering pages.
- Re-licensing, renting, or white-labeling the POS interface as an independent entity without legal approval.
- Creating deceptive applications or websites mimicking Menu360 core hospitality modules.
- Using high load scripts to spam APIs or cause server degradation.
